Immediately after switching on, the UV-C - LEDs, compared to UV-C - tubes, bring their 100 percent performance!

The UV-C LEDs give off a certain amount of heat, which means that the "residents" of the mattress are also fought!

2. And from the most powerful vacuum cleaner, the Kirby!

The Kirby vacuum cleaner generates high-frequency vibrations, which loosens the dirt particles, mites, viruses, bacteria, etc. inside the mattress and removes them with the Kirby vacuum cleaner with its extremely high suction power.

The intensive UV-C radiation of the ABS LED UV-C kills mites, viruses, bacteria, etc. without the use of chemicals.

The cleaning process is harmless to the material, is suitable for all mattresses and does not cause a lot of noise or dust. The entire process is completely harmless to people and the environment.

After cleaning, the mattress is completely cleaned and, in contrast to "wet cleaning", it can be used immediately.

The invention relates to the mobile mold removal device MSG19-1, for the chemical-free removal of mold in apartments, houses and businesses.

The MSG19-1 can be used wherever mold occurs.

Thanks to its relatively low weight and compact shape, the MSG19-1 has a housing that is robust and particularly suitable for rooms and niches that are difficult to access.

The MSG19-1 consists of the following parts:

1. The housing contains the two heat sinks with fans, including 2 COP LEDs each with 100 watts, 450 nm, 2 transformers with 230VAC / 12VDC each for the fans and 2 transformers with 230VAC / 30VDC each for the two COP LEDs 100 watts.

The connection terminals and the mounting plate are also located in the housing.

The COB LEDs have a wavelength of 450 nm (nanometers), this wavelength has the strongest effect on killing mold cell nuclei and their genetic make-up.

To protect the COB LEDs, they are each protected from damage with a prismatic glass.

The COB LEDs each have a lifespan of 50,000 hours (h).

2. On the rear wall of the housing are the two air supply grilles, the combined operating hours and pulse counter, as well as the built-in switch with control lamp.

The maintenance time can be set using the combined operating hours and pulse counter and the MSG19-1 is switched on and off using the built-in switch with control lamp.

The rear panel of the housing is attached to the main housing with 6 threaded screws.

3. On the underside of the MSG19-1 there is a Power Twist installation socket for the safe connection of the 5 m long connection cable, as well as a 3/8 “receptacle for various tripods.

4. The MSG19-1 is mobile and can be used at any location.

5. With its "articulated clamp connector", the MSG19-1 can be individually adjusted to all needs and applications at any angle using the "clamping lever".

The MDG15-1 is a handy mobile disinfection device with an output of 2 UV-C tubes a. 16 watts. It can be operated from any "normal" 230 volt socket.

The mobile disinfection device MDG16-1 is used for "chemical-free sterilization, disinfection, disinfection and surface and air cleaning with UV-C light".

The MDG16-1 can be used on all common surfaces such as fabric, wood, glass and metal.

Thanks to its round and compact shape, the MDG16-1 has a housing that is robust and ideally suited for continuous daily use.

The MDG16-1 consists of the following parts:

The "outer skin" consists of 3.5 mm thick UV-C permeable special quartz glass (RQ 200 RSC V4 (200x3.5x844 mm).

The "UV-C tubes"

8 UV-C tubes -TUV 36 T5- each of which has an output of 36 watts and a wavelength of 253.7 nm.

The "ballasts"

8 ballast EVG UVT 40W 85-256V PFK-.

The upper and lower part is made of 1.5 mm thick aluminum sheet.

The housing contains the assembly frame, the brackets, the routing of the pipe, the cable duct, the lamp holder of the UV-C tubes and the curved mirror sheets (octagonal) made of 1 mm V2A.

The assembly frame consists of 1.5 mm aluminum sheet to accommodate the individual components.

The mirror sheet consists of 1 mm V2A V-shaped edged and high-gloss polished chrome.

In the mirror sheet there are 16 cut-outs for holding the lamp holder, these lamp holders hold the 8 UV-C tubes.

All electrical parts are located in the lower part of the housing, including:

1. The lock switch, as main switch, key can be removed in any position (0-1) with associated control lamp (green).

2. The lock button for actuating the time relay, key removable with associated control lamp (transparent).

3. The combined operating hours and interval counter, counts the complete operating time and the switching frequency, it cannot be reset and is particularly useful for recording maintenance intervals.

4. The Neutrik Power Twist mains socket 230V / 50-60Hz is built into the underside of the device; a Neutrik Power Twist mains plug 230V / 50-60Hz is built into the cable to connect the 10 meter cable.

Inside

1. The radio time relay, which can be put into operation either via the radio transmitter or the lock button built into the front, is set to 20 minutes, but it can be set to a shorter or longer time as required.

The base with tube consists of 2 x 1,000 mm long, twist-proof and pluggable aluminum tubes, to which the "lamp" is attached by means of a "clamping piece with lever".

The "lamp" can be operated at a variable height of (approx. 35 to 210 cm).

The aluminum tube is screwed into the tube holder of the mobile stand using a knurled nut.

When using the MDG16-1, you are urgently advised to wear UV-C protective goggles and gloves.

With 100 to 280 nanometers, UV-C light is the shortest-wave and therefore the most energetic area of the ultraviolet spectrum.

The wavelength of 253.7 nm (nm = nanometers) is primarily responsible for killing microorganisms. It has the greatest effect on the genetic make-up in the nucleus of the microorganisms.

UV-C rays do not penetrate solid substances - including window glass (borosilicate, Duran) or transparent plastics such as acrylic glass, polystyrene, etc., except for particularly suitable materials such as: quartz glass!

The MDG16-1 is particularly recommended in rooms that have to be sterilized and disinfected; it can also be used to combat mold.

The MDG16-1 is particularly recommended in "problem rooms (areas)", for example in isolation and patient rooms as well as in wake-up wards that are contaminated by three very common hospital germs, these are:

1. Clostridium difficile, an intestinal bacterium which, under certain circumstances, causes severe diarrhea,

2. the genus Acinetobacter, which can cause pneumonia as well as wound and urinary tract infections in people with weakened immune systems, and

3. The enterococci resistant to the antibiotic vancomycin (VRE). They can lead to serious infections in patients in the intensive care unit.

Surfaces in these rooms are particularly affected, including beds, cupboards, cell phones, telephones, remote controls, the toilet and the handles on the bed.
